What you need to know....

Your home is your most valuable and greatest asset you have.  Here are a few things that you might want to know to help us provide you with the best service and exceed your expectations!

Quality Control - Our quality control system is interactive and dependent on your feedback and communication to function.  We need your input on the overall experience and issues that are important to you.  Our employees take great pride in their work and value your opinion and feedback!

The Setting - The ideal cleaning setting is when no one is home.  We understand that this is not always possible, and this is your home so a respectful partnership is expected and desired.  If you will be home, please keep distractions to a minimum so that we can work efficiently.  Please secure your pets.

Payment - Payment is due at the time of service.  We can accept cash, check, or credit cards.  For your convenience, we are happy to keep your credit card number on file for automatic payments.  

Cancellations - Your time is valuable, and so is ours.  We understand that cancellations may be necessary, but please provide notice.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be assessed a 50% fee.

Access to the home - If you will not be home, please provide instructions on accessing your home.  If we cannot provide your service due to access constraints, a 50% fee will be assessed.

Getting ready for the cleaning - Please don't feel the need to clean before we arrive, but please do pick up items and secure anything that you would rather not be handled.

Tipping - Tipping is appreciated but not required!

Referrals - There is nothing more valuable than your reference in building our business! We have a fabulous referral program that can get you FREE CLEANING services!  Your technician will leave you information about our referral program.  Please feel free to ask questions!

Most importantly, please use your free time to enjoy what you love the most!  Relax and enjoy your fresh and clean home!
